JM de Guzman thanked Rhian Ramos for the support and bond of friendship they created during their time together while filming “Kung Paano Siya Nawala.”
De Guzman expressed his thoughts through an Instagram post uploaded on Nov. 26. In a very casual manner he wrote, “tol. Salamat sa malupit na journey na makatrabaho ka. Sa pagkakaibigan na pinakita mo at pagiging totoo salamat ng marami..All i have for you is respect at malasakit at alam ko ganun kadin sakin. Salamat nakatrabaho kita. salamat sa talento at inspirasyon. tibay mo.. Salamat sa tulong. Stay strong, alam ko medyo masakit na. im Sorry. ingat lagi kaibigan. apir @whianwamos.”
(Bro. Thanks for the awesome journey of working with you. For the friendship that you showed me and for being real, thanks very much. All I have for you is respect and gratitude and I know you feel the same. I’m thankful I got to work with you. Thanks for the talent and inspiration. You’re so strong. Thanks for the help. Stay strong, I know it’s starting to hurt. I’m sorry. Take care always my friend. High five.)
True enough, Ramos returned De Guzman’s sentiments with her own message of thanks from the heart. She wrote in the comment section, “M, I always appreciate how you always come out of pain stronger, smarter, and better. Don’t ever lose that about you. But if you ever need an extra push, you know I’ll be there for you. It ain’t easy, but thank you for the friendship and thank you for this. *flex muscle emoji* flex em.”
Ramos appeared to have gained deep understanding of De Guzman’s current status after they wrapped up production of “Kung Paano Siya Nawala.” In a previous report she stated that De Guzman would be difficult to love as his focus now is to catch up on things and get back into doing projects again after being in rehab for a few years.
At the same time, Ramos said she’s also not in that stage of her life to fall for De Guzman despite having had a a crush on the actor when she was 15 years old.
Meanwhile, fans speculated that De Guzman may be gunning for “Araw Gabi” co-star Barbie Imperial after the actress shared in a now deleted Nov. 12 Instagram post that showed a pink teddy bear with an intimate dedication note.
“Kung Paano Siya Nawala” is directed by Joel Ruiz and opened in theaters on Nov. 14. /ra
