Have Denise Laurel and Sol Mercado reconciled?

Recently, “The Better Half” actress posted an Instagram snap hinting that she and the basketball player were giving their romance another try. “I see you move closer and closer to being the man I always knew you were, the man that u truly are – a man of God,” she captioned a candid portrait of Mercado with Alejandro, her son from a previous relationship.

Moreover, Laurel, 29, took the chance to greet Mercado on his 33rd birthday, calling him as her “love.”

“I’m thankful God brought us you and wrote us into your story…I’m blessed to feel His love and His beauty unfold through your heart. Happy Born day my love, [I’m] praying and looking forward to embracing more chapters with you in His time,” she concluded.

Last October, the couple ceased their two-year engagement, much to the dismay of fans. Prior to the split, they postponed their wedding plans due to scheduling conflicts.
