CineFilipino goes to UP Diliman
The shorts and full-length features of the first CineFilipino film festival will be screened at the Cine Adarna of the University of the Philippines in Diliman from November 19 to 23.
The screenings are presented by UP Cineastes.
Mes de Guzman’s “Ang Kwento ni Mabuti’ will be shown on Nov. 19 at 8 p.m.; on Nov. 20, Ato Bautista’s “Mga Alaala ng Tag-ulan” (6 p.m.) and Mike Alcazaren’s “Puti’ (8 p.m.); on Nov. 21, Janice Y. Perez’s “The Muses” (6 p.m.) and Randolph Longjas’ “Ang Turkey Man ay Pabo Rin” (8 p.m.); on Nov. 22, Sari and Kiri Dalena’s “The Guerrilla is a Poet” (8 p.m.); on Nov. 23, Ron Bryant’s “Bingoleras” (6 p.m.) and Sigrid Andrea Bernardo’s “Ang Huling Cha-Cha ni Anita” (8 p.m.).The shorts will be shown on Nov. 19 (6 p.m.) and Nov. 22 (6p.m..For more information, e-mail: upcineastes@gmail.com.
