Elvis Gutierrez expresses longing for late wife Alexa: ‘40th day without you’

Elvis Gutierrez remembered his wife Alexa Gutierrez 40 days after her death, recalling her warmth which he and their kids deeply long for.

Elvis paid tribute to Alexa by compiling photos and videos of them with their children Aria and Ezra, through a video on his Instagram page on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

“It’s the 40th day without you, my love,” he wrote. “I want to talk to you already, to ask how you are, and to tell you how we’ve been. I hope you can hear me when I talk to you.”

“We have been missing you everyday, you really made us feel your love in every kiss, every hug and every ‘I love you.’ I will hold on to that for as long as I live,” he vowed. “I miss you so much.”

Elvis’ siblings Ruffa Gutierrez, Raymond Gutierrez and Ramon Christopher Gutierrez also expressed their love for Alexa via the comments section. Lorin Bektas, Ruffa’s eldest daughter, also sent red heart emoji for Elvis and Alexa.

Alexa, born Alexandra Joelle Uichico, died last July 28 after her battle with leukemia. Her leukemia diagnosis was made public only in January this year.
