‘Goin' Bulilit’ set to return to TV, opens auditions

ABS-CBN is set to hold an audition to complete the new cast of the hit kiddie comedy show “Goin’ Bulilit,” which will make a comeback on television “very very soon.”

The Kapamilya network announced the show’s upcoming return by showing a video compilation of past “Goin’ Bulilit” highlights, through an Instagram post on Tuesday, May 21.

“Good News, one and All! Going Back na sa TV ang Goin’ Bulilit very very soon!” the caption read.

It then stated that the auditions will be held at ABS-CBN’s audience entrance on May 25, asking the aspirants to bring their profile portfolio⁣, printed close-up and whole body photos⁣, and to prepare their funniest jokes.

Further details on the kiddie show have yet to be revealed as of this writing.

“Goin’ Bulilit” was one of the longest-running kiddie comedy shows on television. It premiered in February 2005 and ran for 14 years, before it went off the air in 2019.

The comedy show served as a launchpad for some of the country’s biggest stars including Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes, Miles Ocampo, Jane Oineza and Belle Mariano.

Other celebrities who also started in “Goin’ Bulilit” are Kiray Celis, John Manalo, Nash Aguas, Mika dela Cruz, Sharlene San Pedro and Trina Legaspi, among many others.
