Vice Ganda to Bobet Vidanes, former ‘It’s Showtime’ hosts: ‘Mahal natin ang isa’t isa bago tayo nagkasakitan’
Vice Ganda extended his gratitude to former “It’s Showtime” director Bobet Vidanes and co-hosts including Billy Crawford as the comedian looked back on the show’s journey on its 13th anniversary.
Vice Ganda recounted the relationships they have built after being inspired by fellow host Ryan Bang’s win in “Magpasikat 2022,” during the show’s episode on Saturday, Nov. 19.
Vice Ganda said that Bang highlighted in his performance the connection he has with Filipino people, recalling how it became a huge factor in his journey as a celebrity. Bang, who won the contest for the first time, performed with Jhong Hilario last Tuesday, Nov. 15.
“Kaya ngayon, gusto kong balikan lahat.
(So now, I want to recall everything. We already thanked everyone with us here but I also want to thank those who are no longer with us, because they were the ones who started this show. They are one of the people who thought of, supported, worked on the program and served as its hands and feet.)

(I want to look back on the memories because we are all very happy. We loved each other deeply before we misunderstood, hurt, got angry with each other, and went our separate ways.)
During the show, Vice Ganda also addressed his fellow host Vhong Navarro who is set to be transferred to the Taguig City Jail following the rape case filed against him by model Deniece Cornejo. The comedian expressed his hopes of reuniting with Navarro in the show.
(Vhong, we will never forget you. We remember and pray for you everyday. Everyday you are the wish we ask from God.)

Vidanes left “It’s Showtime” in 2020 after serving as its director for 11 years. He then revealed in 2021 that his departure from the show was due to health reasons. He is now the director of TV5’s noontime show “Tropang LOL” which has Crawford as one of its hosts.
Meanwhile, Crawford admitted last July that he still has not talked to Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis since he transferred networks. EDV
