Ruffa Gutierrez sends off daughters to reunite with father in Istanbul

Ruffa Gutierrez has sent off her daughters, Lorin and Venice, to their flight to Istanbul where they will reunite with their father Yilmaz Bektas.
The actress did not join her children in their flight but showed glimpses of Lorin and Venice at the airport and aboard their plane via her Instagram page yesterday, June 10.
“All their bags are packed, they’re ready to go. 5:30 a.m. drop off for Lorin [and] Venice’s morning flight to Istanbul. The girls are super looking forward to reuniting with their Baba and Turkish loved ones after more than a decade,” she said.
Gutierrez then wished her daughters a “meaningful, memorable and fun” trip to Istanbul. She also urged them to take photos and videos of their time there.

Gutierrez first revealed last Wednesday, June 8, that her daughters will be meeting Bektas after 15 years, calling the event a “beautiful reunion.”
The actress and Bektas’ marriage has been annulled for 10 years. Their annulment was granted in February 2012, though they have been separated since 2007.
Following the split, Gutierrez has been open about the abuse she experienced while with her ex-husband and has since been a single mother to Lorin and Venice. /ra
