Ruffa Gutierrez reveals reunion of daughters, ex-husband in Turkey

Ruffa Gutierrez has disclosed that her daughters Lorin and Venice Bektas will be having a reunion with her ex-husband, Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas, and his family in Istanbul, Turkey.
The actress told fans about this possible reunion while showing childhood photos of her kids, as well as throwback photos of herself and Yilmaz with his family, via her Instagram page yesterday, June 8.
“After 15 long years apart, a beautiful reunion will finally take place in Istanbul this weekend. #TogetherAgain” she said.

Lorin and Venice appeared to be happy with the news as they both sent their mother heart emoji.

Fellow celebrities also sent love to Gutierrez and her daughters, including Jackie Forster, Vina Morales and Ana Roces.

Gutierrez and Yilmaz’s annulment was granted in February 2012, about five years since they separated in 2007.
The actress has since been a single mother to her daughters following the split. She has also been open about the abuse she experienced while with her ex-husband.
Last February, 10 years after their annulment, Gutierrez looked back at her marriage with Yilmas and described it as “bittersweet journey.” /ra
