Kathryn Bernardo considers working with Ronaldo Valdez highlight of her 2021

Kathryn Bernardo finally got to work with her “favorite actor” Ronaldo Valdez, and considers the opportunity a highlight of her 2021.
The actress gushed over working with the screen veteran while showing a photo of herself with him on her Instagram page yesterday, Dec. 22. Valdez is part of the cast of Bernardo’s upcoming TV series “2 Good 2 Be True.”
“Achievement unlocked: a photo with my favorite actor, Tito Ron! It’s such a privilege to be working with him for this project!” Bernardo said.
She then recalled that when “2 Good 2 Be True” was pitched to her last year, Valdez was the only actor considered for the role he will be play in the project.
“Being able to do this show with him is one of the highlights of my 2021. Hay, my heart,” she added.

Aside from Valdez and Bernardo, “2 Good 2 Be True” also stars the actress’ real-life boyfriend, actor Daniel Padilla. This is part of the couple’s teleserye comeback, nearly four years since the drama series “La Luna Sangre” ended in 2018.
Bernardo and Padilla, known as the love team KathNiel, also starred in the digital series “The House Arrest of Us” until January this year.
“2 Good 2 Be True” is directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar, who worked with the couple in their films “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and “Crazy Beautiful You.” The teaser for the series was released last Saturday, Dec. 18. /ra
