Marcelito Pomoy seeks help as YouTube removes his channel after hacking incident

“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” alum Marcelito Pomoy is seeking help after YouTube removed his channel, which was recently infiltrated by hackers.

YouTube removed Pomoy’s channel over “severe or repeated violations of [YouTube’s] community guidelines,” the singer shared on Instagram today, July 28.

“Does anyone [know] how to contact Youtube directly for [a] faster solution? Huhuhu,” Pomoy lamented.

The post came with a screenshot of YouTube’s email to Pomoy informing him of the said removal of his account.

Pomoy yesterday first sought help from the public after hackers accessed his YouTube channel and removed all of his videos. His channel was then used to stream about a cryptocurrency platform.

Pomoy used to upload vlogs and other content on his YouTube channel. For one, he celebrated his 10th anniversary in the industry through a vlog where he helped build a home for an elderly woman.

Pomoy, with his iconic “doble kara” style (singing in both soprano and tenor), finished third runner-up in “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” season 2 last year. He had his big break in 2011 after winning “Pilipinas Got Talent.”  /ra
