Billy Crawford opened up on the impact that the ABS-CBN shutdown had on him, admitting that he had to consider other plans because of the loss of jobs.
“It was a lot of depressing moments,” he told Luchi Cruz-Valdes on “Usapang Real Life” last Saturday, Dec. 12, appearing alongside his wife, Coleen Garcia.

“I’m not gonna lie, there are a lot of nights that I cried. There are a lot of nights that I called most of my friends at ABS,” he recalled.
The network was denied a franchise renewal by Congress last July. Crawford described it as a “dark period for everyone at ABS-CBN.” At the time, he and Garcia were expecting their first child, who was born in September.
