Coco Martin, Angelica Panganiban to star in Valentine film
Angelica Panganiban and Coco Martin will be teaming up for the first time as they are set to star opposite each other in an upcoming Valentine movie.
The film is titled “Love or Money” and will be released on Valentine’s Day next year, as per production company Star Cinema’s post on Instagram yesterday, Dec. 10. Filmmaker Mae Cruz-Alviar will be helming the project.

Panganiban later took to her own Instagram page to express her excitement about the upcoming collaboration with the “Ang Probinsyano” star.
“Ma! May movie na ko with Coco Martin,” she jested. “[S]ikat na ko ma!!!”
(Ma! I have a movie already with Coco Martin. I am famous already ma!)

Her mother was elated about the news of Panganiban’s latest project as well, as seen in a text message Panganiban posted on her Instagram Stories. She told the actress that she was so happy upon hearing about the project, and even called it a great Christmas gift from her daughter.
Martin also shared moments from the film’s story conference on his own Instagram page yesterday. The actor joked around with the movie’s cast and crew including Panganiban, as seen in the short clip he posted.

Panganiban’s latest production was starring alongside Bea Alonzo and Richard Gutierrez in the recently released film “Unbreakable,” which was also directed by Cruz-Alviar. Meanwhile, Martin continues to lead the action-drama series “Ang Probinsyano.” /ra
