IV of Spades teams up with Rico Blanco for concert

MANILA, Philippines — Funk-rock trio IV of Spades announced Friday it is collaborating with record producer and singer-songwriter Rico Blanco in an upcoming concert.

The show dubbed as “Rico Blanco x IV of Spades Live in Concert” is happening on August 3 at Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig City.

It marks IV of Spades’ first show in Manila for their ongoing “Sweet Shadow Tour.” The trio have already performed for their fans in Iloilo and Bacolod.

Prior to their Manila concert with Blanco, IV of Spades will also make their stops in Camarines Sur, Davao and Cebu.

The group released its first full-length record “CLAPCLAPCLAP!” in January.
