Hemsworth stated that he had been working on the project for years. “My goal was to build a program that takes the guesswork and excuses out of training, eating and living well,” he explained.
“@CentrFit gives you access to the same team of world-class experts in health and well-being that I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from over the years, and who have inspired me to live a healthier and happier life.”
The team includes Hemsworth’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, his body double and stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton, and experts ranging from a vegan bodybuilder to meditation teachers.
