LOOK: Mike Tan now a father to baby girl

Mike Tan received the most precious gift just in time for Christmas.

The Kapuso actor revealed he is now a father to a baby girl, as seen in his Instagram post on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

“Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord,”  Tan quoted a passage from the Bible, specifically from the Ephesians.

He soon got flooded with congratulatory posts from his followers, as well as his colleagues in the industry such as Juancho Trivino, Angelika Dela Cruz and Maxene Magalona.

In his previous posts, Tan showed how much he was looking forward to be a first-time dad, as he prepared his daughter’s crib and folded her clothes. “I have never been this excited in my entire life,” he expressed.

Tan first revealed he was going to be a father in July, months after he wed his non-showbiz girlfriend of 12 years in his home province of Rizal.  /ra
