Kris Aquino says ‘political reality’ is reason TV networks won’t hire her

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino reveals what she thinks is the reason why major networks are shying away from getting back on television.

On Instagram, a concerned fan asked the actress why no TV network has opened doors for her despite being among the premiere TV hosts in the country.

“Bakit po walang kumukuhang network sa iyo Miss Kris, eh ang galing galing niyo po… Every Filipino wants [to see you on] television,” a certain @jonaldojmanalo1565 said.

His concern got the TV host’s attention and was lucky enough to draw out an answer from her.

To Aquino, it’s simply a “political reality,” which she did not elaborate on.

Although Aquino has stopped appearing on TV since separating with her former mother network ABS-CBN, she has got herself a successful back-up plan – being an online personality.

Apart from her sharing her daily living with her followers though her online episodes, she continues to be a prime endorser, working with over 40 brands as of the moment.

Apart from being a TV personality, she’s also an accomplished businesswoman. In fact, she certainly doesn’t need an acting career to make a living. But being in the limelight, doing acting and hosting, has always been her passion, which she intends to do for the long haul.

Among her latest endorsements is a local cosmetics brand. /atm
