Following the confirmation of their split, an alleged neighbor of the family claimed that Jeraldine was lying about the status of her marriage with Josh while accusing the former of using their relationship for content.

This claim was denied by The Blackman Family on Facebook, saying they “only want to be open and honest about their relationship” with their fans.

Based in Australia, The Blackman Family is known for sharing family- and lifestyle-centered content, amassing millions of followers on their social media platforms. Their popularity led to their signing a contract with GMA’s Sparkle as part of the agency’s Status arm.
