Mark Leviste, GF to go on overnight Hong Kong trip for Valentine’s Day

Mark Leviste and his girlfriend, social media personality Aira Lopez, will be flying to Hong Kong on Valentine’s Day to celebrate the occasion over a dinner date.

Leviste shared the Valentine’s plans he made in an interview with the press at the opening ceremony of the three-day Barako Fest 2025 in Lipa City in Batangas on Thursday, Feb. 13.

“I’m taking Aira out for dinner in Hong Kong. After ng kasalang bayan at iba pang Valentine’s ganap dito sa Batangas, we’re leaving for Hong Kong in time for dinner,” the politician said.

“Overnight lang. The following day, Feb. 15, uwi na kami at balik trabaho,” he added.

Opening up about their relationship, Leviste recalled the “spark” he felt between them when they first met.

“From day one, we connected well. I felt the spark and I’m happy where I am right now,” he said. “We’re having fun, and we have a healthy, happy and harmonious relationship this last six months—going seven.”

During the interview, Leviste also spoke about his ex-girlfriend, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, saying he believes their friendship remains despite their breakup.

The politician further revealed that he personally knows Aquino’s new boyfriend, “Dr. Mike,” and that they are “friends.”

“We’re all friends. Sometime in 2023, nung magkasama pa kami ni Kris, pinaasikaso at pinaalaga niya ako kay Dr. Mike para sumailalim sa isang executive checkup sa Makati Medical Center,” Leviste said. “Nakilala ko siya through Kris.”

Leviste also sent his birthday wishes for Aquino who celebrates her birthday on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.

“I wish and pray for her speedy recovery. I always hope for good health, happiness and harmony for Kris, her sons and her family,” he added.

Leviste and Lopez made their relationship public last January.
