Also attending the finale as a judge is Thai personality Anntonia Porsild, the 2019 Miss Supranational and first runner-up in the 2023 Miss Universe pageant.

Carter was not the Philippines’ original representative in the pageant. Krishnah Gravidez was appointed as the country’s Miss Charm delegate for 2024 after finishing in the Top 3 of the 2023 Miss Universe Philippines pageant.

Gravidez crowned Cyrille Payumo as Miss Philippines-Charm 2025 at the conclusion of the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines pageant in May and was still awaiting the details of her supposed international competition.

However, shortly after, she announced her withdrawal from the 2024 Miss Charm pageant and declared her participation in the 2024 Miss World Philippines competition, which she eventually won.

When the Miss Charm organizers announced its US staging, Payumo was not declared as the Philippines’ representative by the national organization. Instead, it appointed Carter, a California-based reality TV personality who competed alongside Payumo in the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines pageant.

Payumo remained the Philippines’ representative in next year’s staging of the Miss Charm pageant, while Carter took over the slot vacated by Gravidez as the 2024 delegate.
