Anne Curtis organized a party to show her appreciation to her fellow cast members as well as the production team of the Philippine remake of “It’s Okay Not to Be Okay.”
The actress gave a glimpse of the celebration through her Instagram page on Sunday, Dec. 15, showing herself with Joshua Garcia, Enchong Dee, Alora Sasam, Kaori Oinuma, Alyssa Muhlach, and staff members.
The group bonded over food and drinks at a garden-themed venue which was made more “extra” by fairy lights and lit candles.
“From a dark fairytale to a chaotic fun night with my ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Okay’ family. We’ve done [four] pretty tough yet fun lock-ins,” she said. “It was great night to give back and have fun with the cast, staff and crew.”
“Merry Christmas, IOTNBO Fam! See you next year!” she added
The TV series’ director, Mae Cruz-Alviar, then took to the comments section to express her gratitude to Curtis.
“Thank you for your passion, dedication and generosity, our Mia!” Cruz-Alviar said, referring to the actress-TV host’s character in the TV series. “Thank you too to our other generous sponsors! Merry Christmas indeed!”
The first teaser of the Filipino adaptation of “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” was earlier released, showing Curtis, Garcia and Carlo Aquino getting into their roles. The project’s premiere date has yet to be announced as of this writing.
