Beauty queen-dentist Shaila Rebortera was elated as she announced that she said yes to the marriage proposal of her non-showbiz boyfriend.
Rebortera, who made headlines in 2023 after her accusations of physical abuse against actor ex-boyfriend Rob Gomez, made the engagement announcement through her Instagram page on Tuesday, July 16.
Rebortera gave a glimpse of when her boyfriend Luigi, a businessman, popped the question at the Shibuya Sky in Japan.
“I found the one my heart loves,” she captioned the photos, alongside the Bible verse Song of Solomon 3:4.
Rebortera also reposted a lengthy message from Luigi via her Instagram Stories.
“I want to marry you because you deserve someone who treats you right. I want to marry you because you make me smile effortlessly. I want to marry you because I want to take care of you,” a part of Luigi’s message read. “I want to marry you because every day, I feel like I’m the luckiest man in the world.”
“I love you with all of my heart, Shaila. I’m lucky enough that you love me back,” he added.

While it was not immediately known when the couple’s relationship started, Luigi seems to have a good relationship with Amelia, Rebortera’s daughter with Gomez.
Luigi and Amelia were often seen bonding together with the beauty queen, based on her Instagram posts.
