AC Bonifacio finally buys own van after 9 years: ‘First big girl purchase!’

AC Bonifacio could not seem to contain her joy and excitement as she finally bought her own van, nine years after her showbiz career jumpstarted.
The 21-year-old actress-dancer showed off her new black vehicle adorned with a big red ribbon, through her Instagram page on Wednesday, May 1.
Bonifacio, who was visibly elated while posing for photos beside it, was accompanied by her mom, Cherry Lapidario, in getting the vehicle.
“My first big girl purchase! After 9 years, I’ve finally bought myself a van!” she exclaimed. “Been holding this off for years and now, I’ve found a reason to push through with it.”

Fellow celebrities including Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Yeng Constantino and Chie Filomeno sent congratulatory greetings for Bonifacio’s achievement via the comments section, while Darren Espanto teased the actress-dancer.
“Yieee, ‘di na siya magpapahatid-sundo samin,” Espanto quipped.

Bonifacio rose to fame as part of the dancing duo “Lucky Aces,” who were featured in the now defunct “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2015. The following year, the pair emerged as the champion in the ABS-CBN dance competition “Dance Kids.”
Bonifacio is also known for her dance covers, which earned praises from celebrities including Cardi B, Selena Gomez and BTS, among others. She was featured as well in the American TV series “Riverdale” in 2021.
