Janella Salvador thanks fans for support after ‘It’s Showtime’ gaffe
Janella Salvador expressed her gratitude to fans who defended her after she trended due to her “paos ako, kayo na lang” (my voice is hoarse, you do it instead) remark on “It’s Showtime” which led to her being called “rude” by others.
On X (formerly Twitter), without directly mentioning the incident, the singer-actress remarked that the last thing she would want to do was be “rude or disrespectful” to anyone and thanked the fans who explained on her behalf.
“Oh wow. I’ve been meaning to explain myself because the last thing I would ever want is to appear rude or disrespectful… and here I am being met with so much love and comfort upon opening this app. Thank you. It makes me happy to know that there are many people out there who know my heart and what I stand for. Hugs of gratitude (from behind),” she wrote.

That was honestly so low and unprofessional of Vice to pull a stunt like that. Hindi niya naisip na lalabas silang toxic at bully sa mga guest. Wala namang masama doon sa sinabi ni Janella like for real. It was just taken out of context. https://t.co/w5z2SAXPZ0
