Is Willie Revillame’s ‘Wowowin’ coming to TV5?
Speculations about the return of Willie Revillame’s game show “Wowowin” have once again made waves on social media after the TV host met up with the network’s executives at the TV5 Media Center in Pasig.
Reports of “Wowowin” making its comeback through TV5 piqued the attention of netizens after Revillame was seen posing with MediaQuest Holdings and CignalTV president Jane Basas, TV5 president Guido Zaballero, MediaQuest Holdings CFO John Andal, and Atty. Enrique “Buko” Dela Cruz of Divina Law office, as seen on Wowowin’s Facebook post on Friday, March 15.
“Breaking news! Mga Big Boss ng TV5 at si Kuya Wil Willie Revillame nagkita! Jane Basas – President of Mediaquest and Cignal TV; Guido Zaballero – President of TV5; John Andal – CFO of Mediaquest; and Attorney Buko of Divina Law,” its caption read.
Dela Cruz also uploaded a photo of Revillame’s meet-up on his Facebook page where he expressed his excitement for the game show’s apparent return to the network.

The parties have yet to make a formal confirmation or announcement on the matter.
Talks of “Wowowin” returning on the airwaves have been swirling since July 2023, when Revillame teased the game show’s comeback through the song “Babalik Ako.” It was then speculated the show would be aired on PTV in the same month, and then the final quarter of last year.
