Empress Schuck suffers from miscarriage: ‘We would’ve been a family of four, even five’

Despite being dejected, Empress Schuck expressed her appreciation for those who showed their love to their family after her recent miscarriage.

The actress revealed suffering from miscarriage via her Instagram page on Monday, Jan. 1, showing a photo of positive pregnancy kits and a sonogram with two embryos.

“This year, we would’ve been a family of four or even five. From two embryos, to one, then to none,” she said. “I’m still not sure how to talk about it. I just know that sometimes our plans for ourselves don’t align with God’s plans for us.”

Schuck also addressed her husband, Vino Guingona, thanking him for his presence amid their “puzzling experience” and describing him as “God’s blessing.”

“We may not exactly understand how we feel about this but having each other is enough to say that everything will be ok,” she added.

Schuck and Guingona, who have been in a relationship since 2014, welcomed their daughter Athalia in 2015. The couple got engaged during their daughter’s birthday party in 2020, then tied the knot in 2021.
