Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo recently celebrated the 13th birthday of their only son, Lucho, with the award-winning actress reminding the celebrant, “[Y]ou will always be our little boy.”
While Agoncillo kept his shout-out short and sweet, uploading a snap of the birthday boy and writing “Trece!” in his Instagram post’s caption, the celebrity mom was sentimental, as she penned a heartwarming greeting for Lucho.
“My sweet, silly, loving, kind-hearted boy… [heart emoji] another year older my love… but you will always be our little boy. Wherever life brings you, whatever the future holds.. always remember, you have us .. your family, to guide and support you each and every step of the way.. we love you so, soo much. [heart emoji] Happy 13th, my boy. [face blowing a kiss emoji],” expressed Santos.
The mom of three — the couple has two other children, eldest Yohan and youngest Luna — also took a trip down memory lane, as she shared multiple photos of younger Lucho, including touching snaps with his mom and dad.
Agoncillo reacted to his better half’s post and wrote, “This boy [heart emoji].”
Santos, on her Instagram Stories, shared videos taken during the birthday party — in particular, when everyone sang “Happy Birthday” to the teenager. The husband-and-wife duo also both featured on their Stories a video of Agoncillo and his “EAT” co-hosts extending their birthday greetings to Lucho during the program’s Oct. 7 episode.
Furthermore, several people on the comments section of the couple’s individual posts also sent love to the young athlete. Among them are TV hosts Iya Villania and Suzi Abrera, as well as Maja Salvador, the pair of Gladys Reyes and Christopher Roxas, and Frankie Pangilinan, who also told Lucho, “[P]ls tell Miguel to call me,” referring to her younger brother.
Just last month, Santos accompanied her son to an international football competition in Malaysia. It was their first overseas trip without the rest of their family. EDV
