It’s going to be all about son Lucho at least for the next few days — for Judy Ann Santos, who recently flew with the 12-year-old for a soccer competition in Malaysia.

This marked the first overseas trip of the mother-and-son duo sans “EAT” mainstay Ryan Agoncillo and the couple’s daughters, college-bound Yohan and youngest Luna.

“First time to leave Manila without dada and the girls.. this time it’s just mommy and kuya [Lucho] and ate arlen .. missing a big chunk of our family here in KL.. mommy and kuya time muna (for now), while dada spends time with the girls. Missing you big time bub. [emojis] @ryan_agoncillo,” shared the award-winning actress, who uploaded multiple snaps with Lucho including a selfie during their plane ride on her Instagram.

Lucho, along with other players from the Arayat Football Club, will be competing at the LaLiga Youth Tournament, which kicks off on Friday, Sept. 15, and will conclude on Sept. 17. The competition is expected to showcase the skills of players from different age groups, from the under-8 to the under-16 category.

Teams from the Philippines — which also include players from the Prodigy Training Center — will have opposition hailing from countries such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Brunei, among others.

In the comments section of the 45-year-old actress’ post, her better half wrote, “Missing you too much babies [emoji],” while others expressed support for Lucho’s upcoming tournament.

Santos’ longtime friend and “Magkapatid” co-star Sharon Cuneta shared that her son Miguel informed her of the young athlete’s overseas competition.

“Awww soccah!!! Gugie told me! Woohooooo Luch! Mama Sharon is sooo proud of you! I love you both very much! [emojis],” she said.

Meanwhile, a recent Instagram Story of the Arayat Football Club showed another supportive celebrity mom, actress and founder of Philippine Pole and Aerial Sports Association (PPASA) Ciara Sotto. She accompanied 8-year-old Crixus, who is her son from her previous relationship with Jojo Oconer.

Santos, whose most recent series is the Kapamilya drama “Starla,” is set to appear in an Erik Matti-helmed series alongside Edu Manzano, Gina Alajar, and RK Bagatsing. The filming for the upcoming project, which will tackle the entertainment industry, concluded last month. EDV
