Leon Barretto expressed his gratitude for having a mother like Marjorie, whom he described as their family’s “superwoman” in his birthday greeting to her.
Through his Instagram page on Friday, May 19, Leon dedicated an open letter to Marjorie who earlier turned 49 years old.
“Happiest birthday to our superwoman,” he greeted. “Mom, one day is not enough to celebrate you. Please remember that I will always recognize how blessed I am to have you as my mother.”
“Upon reflecting, I have realized that I can’t live my life without having you by my side. Through the years our relationship and love for one another becomes stronger, and for that I thank God everyday,” he continued.
Leon also admired his mom for having the “kindest and most giving soul,” and wished for her to stay “cool and goofy.”
“You deserve to be appreciated everyday,” he stated. “Love you so much mom!”
Aside from Leon, the former actress’ eldest child, Dani, also made a birthday greeting to their mom via Instagram as well.
“Happy happy birthday to my center soul, my momma,” Dani wrote. “Can’t imagine life without your love and guidance. I love you so much, Mommy!”
Marjorie, for her part, marked her birthday by thanking God because “all is well in [her] world.”
Aside from Leon and Dani, Marjorie has three more children, namely Julia, Claudia and Erich. /ra
