This year’s edition of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant has embraced “love above all” as its theme, extending their promotion of “love for all” last year.

The national pageant also partnered with several organizations to further promote this year’s theme, which was unveiled in a social media post on Friday, March 14.

“Miss Universe Philippines 2025 launched its theme for this year, Love Above All, continuing the call for love, kindness, and respect for all started last year,” the organization said.

The organization’s head of charity and empowerment, 2006 MUPH Lia Andrea Ramos, and EVP Voltaire Tayag discussed the theme with the delegates at the Empire Studio at Estanca Mall in Pasig City.

Helping the organization in promoting its theme are the following: Department of Migrant Workers, JCI Manila, LoveYourself PH, Project Pearls, and Save the Children Philippines.

The Miss Universe Philippines Organization also invited a guest speaker from the Department of Justice to address the delegates, alongside Ramos and Tayag.

This move came after the national pageant organization announced its partnership with DivinaLaw “to create a safe space for women in pageantry.”

Reigning queen Chelsea Manalo, who was proclaimed as the first-ever Miss Universe Asia in last year’s international competition in Mexico, will relinquish her national title at the final competition at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on May 2.
