Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

A new trailer for “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” which shows Spider-Man Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) pitted against other Spider-People, was released on Tuesday, April 4.

In the trailer, released on Columbia Picture Philippines’ YouTube channel, Miles catapults across the Multiverse after he reunited with Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld), and encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.

At odds with other Spiders on how they will handle a new threat, Miles faces off with them and strives to redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.

“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” based on the MARVEL Comic Books, is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson.

Other cast members include Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham and Oscar Isaac.

“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” is set to hit theaters on May 31.  /ra
