LOOK: Jodi Sta. Maria tries egg coffee, enjoys cruise in ‘random’ Vietnam trip
Jodi Sta. Maria could not get enough of her trip to Vietnam where she had the privilege to explore some of the country’s most breathtaking sights and enjoy its delicacies.
The actress shared glimpses of her “random trip” to Vietnam’s capital Hanoi on her personal Instagram page on Tuesday, Feb. 7, as she detailed some of her favorite parts of her solo getaway.
“A random trip to Vietnam [Vietnam flag emoji] Spent a few days exploring its capital, Hanoi, and found a way to relax by boarding the Paradise Luxury Cruise to see the majestic Ha Long Bay [heart emoji] Sharing with you some snaps of my trip,” she said.

Sta. Maria went on to detail some of her favorite moments during her Vietnam getaway which includes a two-day cruise and feasting on street food, particularly egg coffee, as well as visiting a pearl farm, pagodas, and temples.
Article continues after this advertisementAccording to the actress, some of the tourist destinations that she visited were Sung Sot Cave located at Ha Long Bay in northeast Vietnam and St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Hanoi.
Article continues after this advertisement“Sobrang bitin ang 4 days coz there’s so much more to see and do in Vietnam. Maybe next time I’ll explore more of the Northern part and Ho Chi Minh too. But for now… work muna ulit (work again for now) Any suggestions?” she said.
The veteran actress was recently cast in the ABS-CBN-GMA collaborative project, “Unbreak My Heart” alongside Richard Yap, Gabbi Garcia, and Joshua Garcia which is expected to premiere within the year.
Sta. Maria starred in various teleseryes throughout her career including “Be Careful With My Heart”, “Pangako Sa’yo”, “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin”, and “The Broken Marriage Vow”, among others. She was also included in the cast of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2022 film entry “Labyu With an Accent” with Coco Martin. EDV
