WATCH: Elias goes skiing for first time with mom Ellen Adarna, Derek Ramsay in Finland

Elias, along with his mom Ellen Adarna and her actor husband Derek Ramsay, enjoyed a winter wonderland escapade in Finland where the 4-year-old-child went skiing for the first time.
Adarna documented Elias’ skiing on snowy slopes with his equipment while Ramsay was patiently assisting him, as seen on the actress’ Instagram page on Wednesday, Jan. 11.
“Babas first time skiing. We really tried our best. The roller coaster of emotions felt like doing a black diamond,” she said in the caption, referring to a higher ski slope level. “A+++ to Papa D [Derek Ramsay] for effort and patience. We love you!”
Adarna said Elias, who is her son with former boyfriend, actor John Lloyd Cruz. would be having a proper ski lesson with an instructor, quipping how she and Ramsay could not properly teach the kid because they “ain’t pros.”

Adarna and Cruz dated in 2017 and welcomed Elias in 2018 before eventually parting ways the following year. They have since been co-parenting their child.
Meanwhile, Adarna and Ramsay confirmed in February 2021 that they were in a relationship, got engaged a month later and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Bataan in November 2021. /ra
