Ulysses Lustre is one proud dad after his daughter, Nadine Lustre, bagged the Best Actress award for her role as Lyra in “Deleter” at the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Ulysses expressed his gratitude to Nadine’s supporters, as he shared photos of his daughter’s acting trophies on his personal Facebook account on Dec. 29, 2022. Among the achievements included in the post are his daughter’s Gawad Urian, FAMAS Best Actress, and Box Office Entertainment accolades.
“Waiting for the new one to come home [emoji] Thank you so much, fans and supporters. Don’t stop believing,” he wrote.
In a separate post, Ulysses also praised Nadine for her success in her showbiz career even without an onscreen partner.
“Congratulations Ate! With real talent, hardwork and determination, you have proven that ‘Love Teams’ can be… deleted,” he wrote.

Nadine’s non-showbiz boyfriend, Filipino-French entrepreneur Christophe Bariou, also congratulated the actress on her recent achievement in an Instagram Story..
During her Best Actress speech at the MMFF Gabi ng Parangal on Dec. 27, Nadine thanked her family, friends, and partner for their support. She also bagged the Star of the Night award during the ceremony. EDV
