Sunshine Cruz welcomed 2023 with her daughters Angelina, Sam and Chesca, along with the actress’ former husband Cesar Montano and his partner Kath Angeles in Bohol.
Cruz expressed her appreciation to the Montaño couple while giving a glimpse of the dinner that they hosted to celebrate New Year through her Instagram page on Sunday, Jan. 1.
“Cesar and Kath, thanks for hosting tonight’s dinner. The girls and I had a wonderful time chatting and catching up with all of you,” she said. “We’ve missed Bohol and masaya kami na nakasama namin kayo dito sa (we’re happy to be with you here in our) New Year celebration.”
Montano’s kids with Angeles as well as Diego Loyzaga, the veteran actor’s son with actress Teresa Loyzaga, were also present in the celebration.
Diego, Angelina and Sam also treated fans to more moments from their trip through their respective Instagram pages.
Sunshine earlier bid goodbye to 2022 by looking back on her “disappointments and heartaches” and noting how “love and forgiveness prevailed” in their family.
Sunshine reunited with Montano during Sam’s 18th birthday party last August. Montano and Angeles were also in attendance at Angelina’s 21st birthday party in September. EDV
