Six days after the death of Jovit Baldivino, his partner Camille Anne Miguel is still coming to grips with her loss, saying she is not yet ready to let go of the singer.

Baldivino died at the age of 29 on Dec. 9 after being in a coma for five days. Prior to being hospitalized in Batangas City, he was recovering for a week after receiving treatments for an unspecified ailment.

In a series of posts on Facebook, Miguel said that she is still heartbroken by Baldivino’s death and is not yet prepared for his interment on Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the Paradise View Memorial Garden in Batangas.

“Hindi pako handa para mamaya,” Miguel said along with broken heart and sobbing emojis, as she recalled her fondest memories of Baldivino. “Paano tanggapin na eto na ang huling araw na makakasama ka namin?”

(I am not yet ready for later. How can I accept the fact that this will be our last day together?)


Baldivino’s partner also admitted that her day-to-day life would feel incomplete without the singer.

“Sobrang sakit, sobra sobra. Alam ko sa sarili kong di ko kaya eh kaya sobrang laking panibago sa buhay ko ngaun na gigising akong wala ka. Paano ko unti-unti babaguhin ang nakasanayan kong alagaan ka araw araw,” she mourned.

(It hurts so much. It would be a big change in my life, now that I would wake up without you. How can I get used to this, knowing that I can’t take care of you anymore.)

Miguel added that it would be difficult to celebrate Christmas and New Year after his death. “Dko kaya magpasko magbagong taon [nang] ganto walang kasing lupet ang nangyareng to!!!!!”

(I can’t celebrate Christmas and New Year like this because nothing compares to the pain of losing you.)

The singer’s partner also looked back on her favorite memories with Baldivino through a series of reels uploaded on her Facebook page.

Baldivino was the first grand champion of the reality talent competition Pilipinas Got Talent, whose winnings he used to help his family rise from poverty. EDV
