John Lloyd Cruz was recently seen holding hands with his rumored girlfriend, artist Isabel Santos, at a red carpet event for the Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) in Australia.
The actor donned a barong paired with thick round glasses, while Santos wore a pink dress made from discarded pieces of organza embellished with silkscreen illustrations, as seen on Santos’ Instagram page yesterday, Nov. 17.
Cruz attended the 15th APSA held at Australia’s Gold Coast last Nov. 11 since he was nominated for Best Perfomance for Lav Diaz’s “Kapag Wala Nang mga Alon (When the Waves Are Gone).”

Speculations that Cruz and Santos are dating started in 2021, when Santos made an Instagram post of a house that fans speculated to be the actor’s. She also showed photos of a man who appeared to be Cruz at a beach.
Neither Cruz nor Santos has confirmed dating rumors, though they celebrated the actor’s birthday last June. The pair also went to London together last September to watch the Laver Cup tennis tournament. /ra
