After going through several hitches, the dream home that K Brosas had been building was finally done.
The actress-comedian on Sunday treated fans to a peek at her new home, which she admitted took quite some time to be finished due to several setbacks.
Brosas showed her living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and powder room, through a vlog on her YouTube channel. While touring around, Brosas shared details on where she sourced her furniture and home appliances.
She also opened up about the legal action that she is taking against her previous contractor who abandoned the house construction in 2020, while it was just 35% completed.
“Alam niyo naman na ang habang panahon bago ko ito natapos. Alam niyo ang mga pinagdaanan ko,” she said. (You all know that it took me a long time before I finished this [house]. You all know what I have been through.)
“Hindi ako nagsalita kasi bawal pag-usapan ‘yung kaso. But bago ‘yung aking contractor. Do’n sa dati kong contractor: God bless you,” she stated. “Nakademanda pa rin po siya at ‘wag kayong mag-alala, minsan matagal ang hustisya pero dadating din ‘yan.”
(I did not speak up because [I] am prohibited to talk about it, but I already have a new contractor. To my previous contractor: God bless you. I already filed a case against them and do not worry, sometimes justice may be delayed but it will prevail.)
Brosas then expressed gratitude to those who supported her and sent their well-wishes, while reminding fans to save up for their dream home. Brosas also teased more features of her house which she will be showing in a separate vlog.
Meanwhile, Brosas sustained minor injuries last August after she figured in a road accident in the United States. Brosas was in the U.S. at the time for a show with fellow comedian Pokwang. EDV
