Angelica Panganiban, BF warn vs fake Facebook account using their videos without permission
Angelica Panganiban and her non-showbiz boyfriend Gregg Homan asked fans to help report a fake Facebook page under the name “The Homans,” which takes videos from the couple’s official YouTube channel and re-uploads it without their permission.
The couple informed fans about this on Sunday while showing a screenshot of the poser account, through their official Instagram page “The Homans Official”.
“The @homansofficial has recently learned of a fake profile on Facebook using the handle @thehomans. Please be aware that this is a fake account, and we have absolutely no involvement in its creation,” the statement read. “The owner of this page has been taking the content from The Homans’ YouTube channel, without permission and splicing it to make it appear authentic.”
Homan said he left a comment as well in one of the poser account’s videos of the couple, and described the practice of stealing their content as “indecent.”
“This account posts and claims our videos as their own [which] is pretty indecent,” he stated. “Please help us report this group so that Facebook puts it down. Much appreciated.”

Panganiban and Homan’s official Facebook account was also taken down, while the fake account remained on the platform. The couple eventually retrieved their Facebook page, as seen on their Instagram Stories on Monday.
Panganiban and Homan recently revealed that they are already engaged, weeks after they welcomed their first child Amila Sabine. The engagement proposal happened when the actress was four months into her pregnancy.EDV
