Joshua Garcia has caught the attention of rapper Nicki Minaj after he did a dance cover featuring the latter’s song “Super Freaky Girl.”
Garcia danced to a remix of “Super Freaky Girl” and Gwen Stefani’s “Luxurious” on his TikTok page yesterday, Aug. 31.

Among those who reacted to the dance cover was Minaj, who sent Garcia a heart eye emoji. Garcia has since liked her comment and pinned it on his TikTok video.

This led some fans to be ecstatic for the actor, while other netizens quipped that Minaj has “won.”

Garcia has been sending his fans gushing with his TikTok videos since he started his account late last year. He took on the “Ginseng Strip 2002” trend in December 2021, grooved to Chalie Boy’s “Thick Fine Woman” last July and was featured on Poarch’s TikTok page in April.
Given this, he was named Celebrity of the Year at the recent TikTok Awards Philippines, alongside comedian-TV host Vice Ganda. /ra
