Jaya has finally moved into a new home with her family after their house in the United States burned down earlier this month.
The singer’s husband Gary Gotidoc gave the public a glimpse of their new home in Silverdale, Washington, via his Instagram page yesterday, Aug. 20.
“We are finally home! This has been a rollercoaster week!” Gotidoc said. “Lowest lows when your house burns down. But Highest of the Highs when God restores you!”
Gotidoc described the new home as their “new beginning” and thanked those who showed love and support for their family.
For her part, Jaya showed the new home’s kitchen, balcony and living area via Instagram today, Aug. 21.
“Aug. 19 is our Day 1 into our new home. Thank you to all of you who helped us through different ways. Your love, prayers, encouragement and those who gave from the heart, we will always lift you up in prayers,” she told fans.
Jaya’s fellow singer Gary Valenciano and actress Jackie Lou Blanco were among those who expressed excitement and gratefulness for the family.
Jaya and her family moved to the U.S. back in July 2021. They lost their house to a fire due to electrical issues last Aug. 7.
The singer then revealed last Wednesday, Aug. 17, that her husband was given a job offer and her family’s application for a home has been approved. JB
