Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters spend Father’s Day with Yilmaz Bektas for first time in 15 years

Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters, Lorin and Venice Bektas, finally got to celebrate Father’s Day with their dad Yilmaz Bektas for the first time in 15 years during their visit to Istanbul.
Lorin and Venice’s half-sister Ilknaz Bektas gave a glimpse of their Father’s Day dinner via her Instagram page yesterday, June 20. Yilmaz can also be seen reading a letter from his daughters for the occasion.
“We are so lucky to have you in our lives. Happy Father’s Day,” Ilknaz said to Yilmaz.

Lorin and Venice seemed to agree with what their half-sister told Yilmaz by saying they were “so so so blessed” and sending white heart emoji to their father.

For her part, Gutierrez expressed happiness over her kids’ Father’s Day celebration with Yilmaz while showing the same photo from the dinner on her Instagram Stories, also yesterday.
“Father’s Day dinner, Istanbul, Turkey. They are complete!” Gutierrez said. “Everyday is a fresh start.”

Gutierrez previously sent off her daughters to Istanbul to reunite with her ex-husband, after 15 years of them being apart. She then stated that the reunion “took patience and a whole lot of faith” but was “worth the wait.”
Gutierrez’s mother, Annabelle Rama, then revealed the actress has been crying tears of joy every day since her granddaughters met Yilmaz again.
Yilmaz and Gutierrez separated in 2007 and their annulment was granted in 2012. Looking back at their marriage, Gutierrez said she had “no regrets” over it and described it as a “bittersweet journey.” /ra
