WATCH: Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters, Yilmaz Bektas reunited after 15 years

Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters Lorin and Venice went to Turkey and had a reunion with their father, Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas, after 15 years of being apart.
The actress treated fans to a glimpse of the father and daughters’ meeting at an airport in Turkey, via Gutierrez’s Instagram page yesterday, June 11. Yilmaz can be seen walking towards his daughters who were waiting for him, and surprised them with a hug.
“The greatest love story of all time is between a father and his daughters. A beautiful and heartwarming reunion after 15 years of being apart,” Gutierrez said.

Lorin and Venice also showed moments from their reunion through their respective Instagram pages, also yesterday. Aside from Yilmaz, the two also met their half-sister Ilknaz and bonded with her.
“All [three] sisters finally complete,” Lorin said.

Gutierrez earlier disclosed that her daughters and ex-husband will have a reunion at Istanbul, Turkey together with his family. The actress then sent off her daughters, stating that they are “looking forward to reuniting with their Baba and Turkish loved ones.”
Gutierrez and Yilmaz separated in 2007 and their annulment was granted in 2012. Last February, 10 years after their annulment, Gutierrez looked back at their marriage and described it as a “bittersweet journey.” JB
