LOOK: Xian Lim conquers fears in Dubai skydiving experience

Xian Lim got to see Dubai from high up in the sky while skydiving there during a recent trip.
The actor jumped off a plane while strapped to skydiving equipment and did wacky poses with his instructor, as seen on his Instagram page yesterday, April 1.
“When fears are grounded, dreams take flight. Tinatapik ako ng instructor, ang kulit ko daw sa ere. Kung ano-anong hand gestures ginagawa ko, gumegewang aerodynamics,” he said. (My instructor was tapping me because I was moving a lot while in the air. I was doing random hand gestures, the aerodynamics was wobbling.)

Lim then showed a video of himself skydiving, the bird’s eye view of Dubai from the plane he took, as well as his landing at an open field, also on his Instagram page yesterday.
“The point of [maximum] danger, is the point of minimum fear. God placed the best thing in life on the other side of fear,” he noted.

Lim’s girlfriend, actress Kim Chiu, felt jealous over the actor’s skydiving experience since it is part of her own bucket list, she said on her Instagram Stories yesterday.
“Grabe! Nainggit ako! Bucket list ko talaga ‘to! Ikaw pa nauna! Congrats Xi, proud of you!” Chiu told her boyfriend.

Lim was in Dubai for GMA Pinoy TV’s concert at Dubai Expo 2020. He went there with fellow Kapuso artists Julie Anne San Jose and Jessica Villarubin. /ra
