Kit Thompson reacted over a blind item from internet personality Xian Gaza, which happens to be Thompson’s first social media activity after the beating incident with actress Ana Jalandoni.
Gaza’s blind item was about a girl who was supposedly paid by a Chinese national the amount of P250,000 for her to go with him in Amanpulo, Palawan. Gaza stated that the girl’s boyfriend eventually came to know about the trip, then ended the blind item with a cliffhanger.
Thompson shared the said post on his Facebook page on Tuesday, March 29. The blind item was posted by Gaza on March 19, a day after the alleged beating of Thompson in Tagaytay.
“Stop spreading misinformation,” Thompson said.
The comments section of the said post were turned off by the actor.
Meanwhile, Jalandoni earlier disclosed that the recent beating incident with Thompson was not the first time the actor hurt her. The first instance was allegedly during a beach trip where Thompson slapped her to wake her up from a nap.
Jalandoni’s legal counsel will press charges against Thompson in violation of section 5 (a) of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act. Jalandoni also said that the actor has not reached out to her yet since the incident. JB
