Ellen Adarna admitted that she is becoming more careful and “practical” when it comes to choosing bikinis as she talked candidly about her life as a mom and having sagging breasts.
The actress explained that while she wants to try all kinds of swimsuit, she can no longer do so since her breasts are now sagging after breastfeeding her son Elias, she said through a comment on her Instagram post last Saturday, Feb. 5. Elias is Adarna’s child with her former partner, fellow actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Adarna was answering one @layanmae who asked her on her Instagram page on the same day why she kept on wearing the same bikinis.
“My son has this habit of grabbing boobies out of nowhere so I make sure and secure them that they don’t just pop out easily especially when I’m around my super physically active family,” she told the netizen. “As much as I’d want to be a hubadera and wear all kinds of bikini [tops], unfortunately, not all bikini top cuts and [styles] look good on me anymore because of my sagging breasts due to breastfeeding.”
Adarna then apologized to fans who may be “bothered” by her repeating her bikinis, stressing that she has to “dress practically and accordingly.”

Adarna then added that she has been avoiding drinking too much since she now has a son, as per her comment on her Instagram page, also last Saturday.
The actress was replying to one @hekydakota who said, “Ang gaganda na nakikitang post ni [Ellen], ‘di gaya [ng] dati puro [na] inuman at lasing.”
“I have a son [now], ‘di na pwedeng pakawala (I can’t be so wild now). Before, I had all the right to live my life to the fullest. Life is good,” she told the netizen.

Adarna and her husband, actor Derek Ramsay, marked their first year together by going on a beach trip in Pangasinan over the past weekend.
The couple confirmed their relationship in February 2021 and got engaged a month later. They got married in Bataan on Nov. 11, 2021. /ra
