Janella Salvador says Joshua Garcia ‘deserves’ happiness after he revealed having crush on her

Janella Salvador said she believes Joshua Garcia deserves to be happy, after the actor recently revealed that he had a crush on her.
Garcia admitted that among his leading ladies, he had a big crush on Salvador, as seen on ABS-CBN’s “Truth or Dare” fundraiser event last Sunday, Jan. 23. Salvador then shared her reaction to Garcia’s admission when she appeared on talent manager Ogie Diaz’s YouTube vlog today, Jan. 27.
“Sinabi na naman niya ‘yon sa akin dati. Noong ‘Killer Bride’ pa, he told me at nakita ko din ‘yung ibang interviews niya dati. So napag-usapan na namin ‘yon ni Joshua,” she told Diaz while referring to the series “The Killer Bride” where she and Garcia worked together.
(He already said that to me before. Back when we were still on “Killer Bride,” he told me and I also saw his past interviews.)
Salvador then recalled that she was pleased when Garcia confessed to her, noting that the actor had been respectful.
“Natuwa ako sa kanya kasi ‘yung pagkasabi niya sa akin, he really respects me. So ‘yun ‘yung maganda kay Josh,” she recounted. (I was pleased with him because with the way he said it to me, he really respects me. So that’s a good thing about [Joshua].)
Salvador also described her relationship with Garcia as being “very good friends,” adding that she believes the actor deserves happiness.
“Magiging masaya rin si Joshua. Deserve niya,” she said. (Joshua will be happy someday. He deserves it.)
Salvador is in a relationship with Garcia’s “Viral Scandal” co-star Markus Paterson. Salvador and Paterson have a son together, baby Jude, who they introduced to the public in January 2021. /ra
