LOOK: Heart Evangelista, Incubus’ Brandon Boyd show artworks from collab project
Heart Evangelista and Incubus vocalist Brandon Boyd showed off some of the stunning pieces from their collaborative project “Moonlight Arts Collective,” which they worked on with fellow visual artists.
“So excited for this!” the actress said as she showed a short video of the paintings, sketches and photos that are part of the art collection, through her Instagram Story today, June 30.
Evangelista and Boyd also worked with composer Mark Mothersbaugh, comedian Melissa Villaseñor, actress Alia Shawkat and photographer Brian Bowen Smith.
For his part, Boyd showed some individual pieces from his “co-conspirators” via his Instagram page, also today. He then urged his fans to visit the art collection’s website.
“See a new collective art project I’ve been concocting with some great co-conspirators!” he said. “I love you [Moonlight Arts Collective].”

Aside from being one of the project’s artists, Boyd is also the founder of Moonlight Arts Collective, as per the group’s Instagram page bio. The collaboration featured “hand-signed, limited edition art from cultural icons who draw, paint, photograph [and] ‘moonlight’ as visual artists.”
Evangelista first teased her art collaboration with Boyd last month. She had also previously held exhibits of her own paintings, with one collection being a fundraiser for frontliners amid the COVID-19 pandemic. JB
