John Lloyd Cruz is set to appear on GMA Network to mark his showbiz comeback, after four years of being away from the limelight.

“Nagkita sina #Wowowin host Willie Revillame, Direk Bobot Mortiz, at ang aktor na si John Lloyd Cruz… At mukhang may dapat abangan soon!” the network stated on its Instagram page yesterday, May 29.

Cruz last starred in a lead role for a film in the 2017 romantic comedy “Finally Found Someone.” Later that year, he announced that he will be taking a hiatus from showbiz “to attend to personal matters.” It was around this time that Cruz had a relationship with actress Ellen Adarna, who later gave birth to his son, Elias.

The actor is now under actress Maja Salvador’s talent management agency, Crown Artist Management. While known for being a recluse in social networks, he has launched his Facebook and Instagram pages in line with his return to the industry. JB
