SB19 last year claimed the sixth spot on Billboard’s Top Social 50 Artists of 2020 chart, which made them the only Filipino act in the top 10. In July 2020, they peaked at No. 3 just behind BTS and EXO.
The social artist chart ranks musical artists based on their online popularity by tracking their activity on social media platforms, according to Billboard.
SB19 has also so far topped Billboard’s LyricFind Global chart seven times with their hits “Go Up,” “Tilaluha,” “Alab,” “Hanggang sa Huli,” “‘Wag Mong Ikunot ang Iyong Noo,” “Love Goes” and “Ikako.”
The 2021 BBMAs will be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on May 23 at 8 p.m. EST (May 24 at 8 a.m. on PHT). The live event, which will be hosted by Nick Jonas, will air on NBC. /ra
