LOOK: Karla Estrada flaunts weight loss in ‘before and after’ pics

It is no secret that Karla Estrada has been striving for a fitter and healthier body—and her latest one-year progress photos prove just how well her weight-loss journey has been going.
“[Akala] nyo ha! [Kahit] konting achievement ipagmalaki mo! Dyan lahat mg uumpisa yan (That’s what you thought, huh! Be proud even for a small achievement! That is where it all starts),” Estrada posted on Instagram last Saturday, March 20.
Estrada’s side-by-side photos of her in March 2020 and March 2021 show that she now has a visibly smaller waist and a slimmer physique overall.

“[Let’s] go mga momshie!!! Wag na masyado madaming dahilan! LABAN PARA SA KALUSUGAN (Let’s go, momshies! Stop making too many excuses! Fight for your health)!!!” the actress stressed.
Although Estrada is happy with her weight-loss progress, she noted back in 2019 that she did not have a problem with her body image in the first place.
Aside from Estrada, Megastar Sharon Cuneta has also been keeping fans updated on her weight-loss journey, recently saying that she has not been so happy “in many years” over her progress. /ra
